This Is Newly Printed Music
Leo Sowerby (1895-1968) was a virtuoso
of the organ and a talented composer. This piece was written when he was only 21 years old and exudes the vitality of youth. It was
first played by Eric DeLamarter after Sowerby wrote it down in one day. My restoration includes the original poem, Sowerby’s
demand of Boston Music Co, the original publisher. Difficult.
