This is the first printing of the procession written for the wedding in 1990 of Timothy Gray Johnston, my brother. It comes on sturdy 80 pound acid-free paper and is 5 pages. The Lyric Trumpet was designed as an English trumpet tune with harmonies found in Epcot Park at Walt Disney World, a favorite vacation spot. Michael Johnston (b. 1956) studied piano (Flora Neeley) and composition (Michael Pittard) from early ages with the intent to learn the organ. He is a graduate of Mars Hill College (Donna Nagey Robertson) and Westminster Choir College (William Hays) and with John Apple began Michael's Music Service. The Lyric Trumpet contains a few fast scale passages but is otherwise moderately easy.
